St. Mary's is a busy church, which is situated just outside the centre of Arnold, off the Calverton Road. It has stood at the heart of our community for nearly 1000 years. The folk of Arnold people have worshiped here, cherished the building and maintained a tradition of ministry and care for our community.

Community Kitchen

Every Saturday at for 1 hour
St Mary's Church, Arnold

St.Mary's started up a Community Kitchen towards the end of 2021 at the end of the COVID epidemic to help all those living in our community who are struggling with the cost of living, employment etc.

Gedling Borough Council very kindly helped with some equipment and now nearly every Friday, from 12.15 pm to 1.30 pm, our volunteers provide a hot cooked meal for all those in need.

If you are struggling to feed yourself or your family or you know someone who is, do come along to the Community Kitchen, which is next to thr church, on the Saturday morning.
