We are open for public worship on Sundays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6.30 p.m. (church open for private prayer from 5.30 p.m.). There is also a mass at 12 noon on Thursdays.
Since the summer, we have been sharing "Lectio Divina" (holy reading) on Wednesdays before mass. This usually involves reflecting on the Gospel for the coming Sunday, in an informally structured way. You are welcome to come and try it; it does not involve anything other than listening out for the Spirit of God.
All services continue to be streamed on our 'Savvylove' Facebook Group page (replacing 'Saviour's Love' which has been hijacked!)
In relation to the Covid-pandemic, our plan is still one of thoughtfulness towards others and a realisation some of us have compromised immune systems: we request that facemasks continue to be worn when coming up for holy communion but it is your decision whether to wear them once in a pew. Please sanitise your hands on entry and leaving the building and before receiving holy communion. A chalice is available if you wish to dip your host into the Precious Blood. The Exchange of Peace continues to be at a distance. Apart from that we remain the happy and holy people of God!
