St Anne's was buzzing on Saturday 2nd December as St Anne's opened its doors in what has become it annual fair to coincide with the Bewdley Christmas lights. Stalls offered a wide range of goods provided by charities and local producers. The coffee bar offered refreshments and hot soup with proceeds shared between Bewdley Guides and church funds. It was certainly a chilly December day but it was great to be able to offer a warm welcome to such a wide range of visitors.
Friday 6th October saw St Anne's bursting with energy and enthusiasm as the town's two primary schools both came to church separately to celebrate Harvest. Classes walked to church and then performed their year-group harvest songs. It was great to see such a buzz and witness such exuberance, with a combined total of over 600 children in church! The generous harvest donations from both schools have also helped swell the stock at the Black Country Food bank.Dates are already being planned for the schools' Christmas celebrations in church in December.
