St Anne's has received grant funding for repair and renovation of the exterior as phase one of an ambitious scheme to make the building usable for a wide range of purposes as a Community Hub. The funding also covers an architect-led feasibility study into how the building could be developed.
A detailed specification for the exterior work is currently being drawn up, which will then be put out to tender. The work will include repairs to failing stonework and will also include pointing and renovation of the exterior facings.
