A large hall, ideal for children's parties or for your community association or event, with tables and chairs included.
A smaller room (The Ark) for parties, suitable for a smaller number of pre-schoolers.
Example Costs:
A 2-hour children's party in our main hall, including use of our kitchen, is £90 (£100 for residents outside Swanland).
A 2 hour party for pre-schoolers in The Ark, including use of our kitchen, is £63 (£70 for residents outside Swanland).
We allow an additional 30 minutes for children's parties to set up and 30 minutes to clear up at no extra cost.
We also hire our committee room for meetings at £9 / hour (£10 / hour for residents outside Swanland), and our Lounge for more relaxed events at £17 / hour (£19 / hour for residents outside Swanland). Discounts are given for regular hirers.
In addition to these rooms, we have a well-equipped kitchen that can be hired for an extra £13.50 / hour (£15 / hour for residents outside Swanland).
