St Andrew's, Zürich

We are pleased to be able to hold church services on Sundays and on Wednesdays with due regard to prevailing distancing and hygiene measures. Please refer to the individual service listings for full information on our website for the latest news and updates about services and all our other activities:

We are an English-speaking church in the Zurich area of Switzerland, and we belong to the worldwide Anglican/Episcopal Communion of Churches. We welcome people of all cultures, nationalities and denominations to worship with us.

At St Andrew’s we endeavour to be a part of God’s work in, with, and through the local English-speaking community. We minister to all ages, helping them to grow in faith and live it out in the world. We have active ministries serving adults, young people and children. People from all over the globe have made St Andrew’s their church family and we desire to be a welcoming community for all who enter our doors.

If you are looking for a community of faith where you can join others in worship and service, then you are at the right place. Please consider this an open invitation to join us.

The parish of Zurich is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSOs). The Diocese of Europe’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

We look forward to welcoming you in worship at St Andrew's.

We have resumed service on Wednesday, at a new time of 09.30 CET and the services are held (weather permitting) in the church garden.
Covid certificates are no longer required to attend our church services. However, the virus is still with us and therefore a risk, particularly to more vulnerable people. If you succumb to it you will still need to quarantine for a time. Therefore for everyone to feel at ease, and in consideration of others as a church community, we will continue to support the wearing of masks in church for the time being.

Don’t forget! If you are feeling unwell or displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or, if you have had contact with someone who may have Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please seek medical advice, stay at home and don’t come to the service(s). Thank you.

We warmly invite you to attend, don't forget your umbrella, we'll be there come rain or shine.
