St Mary's is a beautiful village church, the earliest parts of which date from around 1210 AD. It has important and fascinating wall-paintings which date from the late 1300's.
The heating system and facilities have recently been uprated, so visitors will find us warm and welcoming - literally and figuratively!
The church building is open for private prayer on most days during the hours of daylight
For those who love this church and wish to support its continued operation, there are many jobs such as flowers, cleaning, gardening, reading, etc, that always need doing. Just get in touch to chat about how you might like to be involved and anything you can do, however small it may seem, is a vital part of our existence.
You are, of course, welcome to come into the church whenever you would like to, just to sit and 'be' in a quiet and welcoming place.
