This will run for 8 weeks and move around the churches in the Benefice. See poster for details.

The Bible course is an eight-session journey through the Bible, helping participants see how its people, events and books fit together to tell one big story, from Genesis to Revelation.

Through video teaching, discussion, reflection and Bible reading, it builds confidence, deepens understanding and helps us to discover how Scripture speaks into everyday life.

Normally on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

A traditional service for evening.

This is held at The Rectory on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Come and meet for meditation, contemplative prayer and silence with God.

In contemplative prayer, we seek to be aware of the presence of God and to remain silently and attentively in that presence. For those who are drawn to contemplative prayer, meeting with others in this way can be a great help and encouragement.

St Eval Church will be transformed into a joyful celebration of creativity, community and the birth of Jesus. Step inside and discover a remarkable collection of more than 100 handcrafted Nativity scenes, each lovingly created by groups and individuals from all over the world. Some are beautifully traditional, others wonderfully imaginative, but all tell the Christmas story in their own unique way.

Among the highlights are the olive wood sets from Bethlehem, from tiny to majestic. You’ll also find playful finger puppets , Playmobil, Lego, paper…… and a crib set that has travelled more than 10,000 miles, across continents to reach Cornwall !

All are welcome—bring friends, neighbours, children, grandchildren, or simply yourself. Together, let’s make this a celebration to remember.
