Testimonies as part of our Annual Meeting (20th May), would anyone like to speak for a few minutes on anything the Lord has been doing in their life recently, or in some aspect of our life and ministry together at St Ed’s? If we had a couple of people sharing it would be a great encouragement to us all.

Ascension Day Deanery service

9th May 2024 St Catherine’s Mile Cross will be hosting this service, starting at 7.00pm. Everyone is welcome.

Alice Hartland’s funeral service is at St Ed’s on Wednesday 17th April at 2.00pm

Dates for your diaries!

May Fair – 6th May from 11am to 4pm. Please start collecting raffle prizes, bottles, good quality bric-a-brac and clothes. Helpers are needed on the day of the Fair and for the setting up of tents etc on Sunday 5th May at about 12.30pm (bacon butties for all Sunday helpers!) Please sign up on the list at the back of church or speak to Sue Elmes or Sue Beevor. Posters and flyers for the Fair are available for you to take so they can go up in as many places as possible, please.

Plant Stall – beginning 25th May. If you are dividing any plants or growing seeds, please could you grow a few extra for our plant stall.

APCM date The Annual meeting for St Ed’s will be at 7.00pm on Monday 20th May in the church. Everyone is welcome as we share the highlights of the Lord’s work among us.
