Friday 17th December 9:30 am to12.00 noon Arts Group , - bring anything – art or craft - you fancy doing and coffee and tea are provided. Cost £3. (at Trinity Church building)

Friday 17th December 10:30 am Funeral (at St Ed’s)

Saturday 18th December 10 am coffee and decorating for Nativity Display (at St Peter’s)

Also Sunday 19th December at St Ed’s, 9.30am Mustard Tree Nativity, 11.15am Holy Communion;  2pm Baptism plus 11.15am livestream service and Livestream Carol service at 7pm. At St Peter’s the Nativity Display opens at 10am.

Additionally at 8am daily (daily except Wednesday and Sunday) we will be posting a ‘Daily bitesize prayer’ on the St Ed's Facebook page

Christmas Eve Carol service with Taverham Band 6.30pm

Christmas Day service at 11am

Rev Stella Green – will be made a Canon at Evensong at the Cathedral on Sunday 12th December. We are also delighted she will be joining our ministry team at Taverham with Ringland.

Wednesday morning 15th December (this week) the usual Holy Communion service will be held at St Peter’s Ringland at 10.30am instead of St Ed’s, which will be hosting Nightingale School Carols.

Christmas services are on the noticeboard at the back of church also as a separate page on the website.

Nativity Displays at Ringland in the week leading up to Christmas. If you have a set to loan please speak to Rev Paul or Sue Beverley. Decorating St Peter’s everyone is welcome for coffee, mince pies and decorating St Peter’s, Ringland from 10.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday 18th December. All help greatly appreciated to prepare St Peter’s for visitors to the Nativity display which will open on Sunday 19th.

Livestream Carol service at 7.00pm on Sunday 19th December through our Facebook page. Please join in if you are able to, (maybe share with others at home?) as we gather to celebrate the joy of Jesus’ birth.

Art Group will have a break after December 17th until 14th January

Toys we will be providing toys for children in our community this year, to be organised by our two Duke of Edinburgh volunteers. If you would like to donate money towards this, please hand it to Rev Paul or a Churchwarden.

Norwich homeless during the cold weather as in previous years we will receive donations of hats, gloves for those on the streets of Norwich. If you would like to donate these items please leave them at the back of St Ed’s marked ‘Homeless’.

Easyfundraising if you shop online you can contribute to St Ed’s without any extra cost. Search for ‘Easyfundraising’ and find ‘St Edmund’s Taverham’ as the cause to support, you can shop and also support our ministry. Thank you!
