At St Edmund’s we are holding three Christingle services on Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24th Dec) At 3.30pm and 5pm there will be singing with the Christingles. At 6.30 there is a Contemplative (quiet) Christingle service. The celebration is named after the Christingles that are lit during the service. Christingles are made from an orange decorated with red tape, sweets and a candle - come along to hear what each part symbolises. All proceeds from these services will go to The Children’s Society and support its work helping vulnerable young people.
