Christ Church, Padgate & Church Collective
Welcome Home!
Who we are?
We are the ONE church of Christ Church Padgate & Church Collective, where we invite everyone to come along and experience God's love and to play their part as we worship creatively, love generously and serve locally. We offer a range of collectives across the week which we would love for you to join.
What are Collectives?
Collectives are a group of people who meet each week to worship creatively, love generously and serve locally. Each Collective will inhabit these values in different ways depending on the context and the people within the collective. Whoever you are, there is a Collective for you!
Christ Church and Church Collective hold regular Baptism (for any age), weddings and funeral services.
If there are any Collectives or events that you are interested in coming along to, please feel free. You will be made more than welcome and our kettle will be on! Whatever the reason for you coming across this page today, we want you to know that you are welcome!

The Church of the Ascension
Welcome!
The Church of the Ascension has been at the heart of Woolston for 50 years. We are a church community in East Warrington, and part of the Church of England. We are made up of people of all ages and backgrounds. Everyone is welcome at The Ascension, whether you are new to the area, would like to find out more about the Christian faith, are looking for some hope, or have been coming here for years!
After a long interregnum we recently welcomed our new Vicar: Rev Tabitha Rao.
We hold regular services at 11am on Sundays and 10am on Wednesdays. Our thanks go to the clergy who are stepping in to celebrate these services.
