How are you coping?
Next time you get out of the house for some exercise look out for a wildlife place, a natural area with a few trees and bushes. Then stop, face that area for a moment and listen, really listen. If you give it a few minutes you will find your ears tune into the bird song. It is truly wonderful this time of year and may even bring a smile to your face. These small moments are soul moments, connecting us to nature, connecting us to God's creation, they are good for our wellbeing.
