Next time you get out of the house for some exercise look out for a wildlife place, a natural area with a few trees and bushes. Then stop, face that area for a moment and look, really look. If you give it a few minutes you will begin to notice the detail, the small yet wonderful things. When I was taking the picture for the 'Stop Listen' soul moment, I saw this wonderful bee, which is not your normal run of the mill bee. It is just above the word 'wellbeing'. These small moments are soul moments, connecting us to nature, connecting us to God's creation, they are good for our wellbeing.
