Christmas Fair – Thanks to all!

What a fabulous day you created on Sunday!

The atmosphere was simply buzzing, and excitement rose as Santa arrived on his magnificently decorated trailer, with Elfin driver and Assistant Elf cheerful despite the temperature…

Whether you were decorating Santa’s trailer, driving his tractor, helping at a stall, baking, serving teas or mulled wine, organising the trails outside, shivering on a trailer to dispense bonhomie and largesse to small children, conducting the raffle, leading the carols, marshalling children round the procession, washing up, cleaning the Hall afterwards, eating, drinking, or buying goodies, the PCC THANKS YOU VERY MUCH!

We are particularly delighted that some of the younger members of our village ran the children's competitions this year – a special thank you to them!

You have all helped to raise the magnificent sum of around £2,000 - a terrific boost to continue to ensure that our historical village church will be here for future generations.
