Christmas Eve - Carols by Candlelight

This year we continue with our traditional service of Carols by Candlelight including the Blessing of the Crib. We invite you to:

· walk up the candle-lit Church Lane (limited parking is available)

· gather in the candle-lit church

· sing some lovely well-known carols (from a carol booklet), each linked by a line of the Christmas Story

· hear the children singing around the crib.

The service will last about 60 minutes. Everyone is welcome!

This year’s collection will be donated to The Chiltern Centre, which provides specialist care for 16 - 30 year olds with disabilities, so please give generously, by cash, or online .This year’s collection will be donated to the British Red Cross, so please give generously, by cash, or online .

Sunday 15 March 2026 - Mothering Sunday - Service of Holy Communion - 09h30

This third Sunday of the month is Mothering Sunday. We will be holding our usual service of Holy Communion at St Helen's starting at 09h30.but with posies distributed, followed by a slice of traditional Simnel cake.

Christmas 2025 Appeal - £500 Donation to The Chiltern Centre

This year’s Christmas collection was donated to The Chiltern Centre, which provides specialist care for 16 - 30 year olds with disabilities. Very many thanks to all who contributed to the grand total of £500
