The next Soup & Sweet lunch will be held at the Village Hall on Wednesday 17th April from 11.30 to 12.45pm. There'll be a selection of home-made soups, puddings, delicious cakes and bakes and tea or coffee. All are welcome. There is no set charge, but donations are welcome.

The last Soup & Sweet lunch held on Wednesday 3rd April saw 46 meals served and a total of £165 raised, of which £50 was donated to the Bootshop charity in Easingwold. After paying hall rent the balance was added to the warm Hub Community Fund.

A service of Morning Prayer taken from the Book of Common Prayer, led by members of St Columba's Church Choir. In addition to congregational hymns, music will generally include choral settings of the Te Deum or Benedictus, the Psalm set for the day, and sung Responses.
