Hire our Building!

We have a large hall, making it the perfect location to host a variety of events, from business meetings and presentations to children's parties!  So if you are looking for a large open space to hire, please do phone our office and Genette will be happy to arrange a viewing for you.   

You may find it helpful to know the following:

Our large hall can safely accommodate up to 200 people and is suitable for various activities.  

We are happy for you to bring in your own catering and entertainment.   

We allow one bouncy castle per event and simply ask that you take out your own insurance.  This is very easy and inexpensive to arrange and our office will be happy to guide you.  

Established groups will need to show proof of public liability insurance. 

You will be required to sign a Room Hire Contract and Safeguarding Agreement. 

Hire Costs:

£35 per hour for 1 hour (plus the additional charges noted below)

£30 per hour for 2-3 hours (plus the additional charges noted below)

£25 per hour for 4 hours or more (plus the additional charges, noted below)

Additional Charges - £25 cleaning and £50 refundable deposit

(£50 refundable deposit, covers for the unlikely event of damage occurring during your hire period, or lateness leaving. Your deposit will be refunded during the week after your booking).
