As you may already be aware, sadly,
St. Rufin’s is soon to hold its last service
and be put up for sale.
St Rufin's is an important part of Burston’s heritage and has been a place of worship for generations. It is also a peaceful stopping point for pilgrims walking the Two Saints Way and, importantly, the only community building in the village. Friends of St Rufin’s (FOSTR) have come together to explore what the building could mean for the village in the future. We believe it is worth taking the time to explore how St Rufin’s could continue to serve the whole community as a shared village space for years to come.
