New update - 8 January 2022
With effect from 10 December 2021, the UK Government announced the re-introduction of certain measures as a result of the spread of the Omicron virus. The only new requirement that affects us is the wearing of mask which is now mandatory, unless exempt. However, we are strongly recommended to maintain some of the advice that we have been using in the previous few months, ie use hand sanitiser, keep a distance - although none of these measures are legally enforceable, we will continue with them for the time being and would ask that you respect the wishes of those who feel comfortable doing so.
We are continuing with the delivery of Holy Communion in one kind only (using the Common Plate) , ie the communion wafer. When we feel ready to administer wine, we will update this note.
Please see our "Covid-19 update 20 December 2021" page opposite for further details.
