The Mid Trent Team Council, made up of representatives of each of the 8 parishes, meets every 2 months to deal with matters across the whole team. We meet at Weston Church room on a Wednesday evening at 7-00pm (day and time negotiable). We need help to minute our meetings. The role involves setting out an agenda in conjunction with the Chair, distributing the agenda with supporting papers prepared by Team members, minuting the meeting and sending out those minutes. It is not a difficult task. It takes about 2 to 3 hours for each meeting. It does need a volunteer who is computer literate and uses e-mail. We are a friendly group of people committed to working together to ensure smooth administrative support to the Team.
