The Church welcomed the  MP for Newcastle-Under-Lyme Mr A Jogee, and CWG representative S Moody on a visit to meet with local volunteers  to acknowledged them , for  maintaining the churchyard's war graves and Wolstanton's  Village Cenotaph, afterwards they were both invited by a member of the PCC and the Verger to look around the Church.
