Parish Eucharist to celebrate Joseph and Mary bringing their baby, Jesus, to the Temple. There Simeon declares Jesus to be "a light for revelation to the Gentiles" and so this Sunday is also Candlemas when, traditionally, people brought their house candles to church to be blessed. It marks the end of the Advent, Christmas, Epiphany season.
