We love to welcome children to Holy Cross church, we aim to encourage their curiosity about faith, and enable them to take an active part in our worship.  

During term times, we hold two Sunday children groups HolyTots and HolyKids. We encourage the children to engage with the scriptures. With the hope that this starts build foundations that will last a life time.

The children really enjoy the time they spend together and have special friendships across the age range.   They enjoy a range of activities, games, drama, and crafts to help them learn about God in different ways.

We also enjoy fun times together outside of Sunday mornings, we have had a sleepover in church, annually enjoy seeing how many sweets we can eat on our pancakes and enjoy games nights and other fun activities.  Watch the video below for more ideas about the things we get up to.

Our Sunday children group leaders are all experienced at working with children, DBS checked and have full Safeguarding training.
