Sapcote: All Saints

Reflection of the week:

Barrack Obama said in his 2008 election night speech.“We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change we seek” Are we waiting for someone else to do it, or say it or change it? Could it be us that should be doing it? I don’t think we can make presidential changes but maybe we can keep on doing little things to make someone else’s life a little better, or to speak out for an injustice we see happening. Maybe we can stop doing something that is unhelpful or not eco -friendly. Obama also said “If you're walking down the right path and you're willing to keep walking, eventually you'll make progress"  Willingness could be the key, willing to follow Jesus, willing to try harder, willing to trust , willing to say we’re sorry.

“"He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." Micah 6:8:
