Do you feel called to apply to be the rector of the Lingwood benefice? Lingwood is a compact benefice of 3 parishes all within 4 miles of each other. It is mainly rural with some 3,400 people living within it. The largest village is Lingwood which has a population of 2,700 or so. The benefice is about 8 miles east of Norwich and 8 miles west of the coast. Part of the benefice lies in the Broads Authority area. We are searching for a rector who will help us discern God's will and share Jesus Christ's love for the whole community. The Bishop of Thetford commented that ".this is a lovely job for someone...".We offer a new Rector: a dedicated Licensed Lay Minister, church members who are keen to support the rector, active PCCs and churchwardens. We are looking for a Rector who should: help us to walk with God in everything we do, nurture the church community, be at ease with all age groups, be comfortable leading and exploring a variety of styles of worship
