This is a very friendly all-age, informal act of worship. Our desire is to meet with God, enjoy his presence, and leave the service a little more changed into the people Jesus wants us to be. The worship uses contemporary worship songs. There is children's provision and provision for young teenagers during the short talk. Words are thrown up on a screen. You are most welcome to join us and if you have children we are happy for them to run around and enjoy the music, assuming Covid continues to stabilize or be in retreat. (You can also walk in late...that's what it is sometimes like with babies and toddlers: leaving the house on time is hard).

An act of traditional worship is held at 11 am. Most services are Holy Communion; once or twice a month there are Services of the Word (without Holy Communion). The service is reverent without being formal. Often there is a very small choir to help give a lead to the worship. A mixture of hymns and well-known choruses are sung. A sermon is given. Prayers are offered. People come expectant to meet with God, to hear him and be built up in the faith. Coffee and tea are served afterwards. You are very welcome to come and join us.

Coffee/tea and biscuits. Chance to have company and catch up. The vicar is present most mornings for a vicar's surgery and there is the opportunity and space for prayer too.

The annual Solenis Christmas event!

Every 5th Sunday we have a Joint Service with St Andrews Oakenshaw and Aldersgate Methodist Church. Usually a Service of the Word, this is a great chance to join together with other local Christians for worship and fellowship. The churches take it in turns to host, so please get in touch with the church warden to check time and location.
