On Sunday, 17th May, after the Sunday Parish Mass, you’re warmly invited to our Annual Parochial Church Council Meeting at midday here at St James the Great. This is a joyful moment when we give thanks to God for His faithfulness over the past year. We celebrate the tremendous dedication of our people — their time, talents, and generous support — and all the ministries that flow from our life together. We give thanks for our sacramental life, our church schools, our pastoral care in the local care homes, our partnership with the Anglican Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham’s Education Department, and our commitment to Divine Renovation — the primacy of evangelism, the primacy of godly leadership, and the primacy of the Holy Spirit — so that we may grow as Christians, grow as a church, and grow out into our community.
