Everyone is welcome to the services and events at St Augustine's. We are here for people who have been going to church for as long as they can remember, for those who have recently started their journey of faith and for those who are either exploring Christian faith or who are simply curious.
We are fortunate that we are free to worship God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in a beautiful church set in a beautiful location near to the top of One Tree Hill. We worship God singing hymns and using the poetry of the spoken words. We study the Bible so that we may deepen our faith and our understanding of God. We draw close to God when we celebrate Holy Communion together as we share in the bread and the wine. We pray that our faith may find true expression in how we live our lives.
After the Sunday morning services we have refreshments in the Parish Room which is inside the church. Here we are able to enjoy our friendships and support each other in many ways. If you would like a private conversation with Revd Michael, he is available after the services and at other times by arrangement.
The church has a pattern of regular services [or see below] and we also hold special services and events.
