About Us

Welcome to The parish of Greenhithe: St Mary page. I hope you find what you are looking for and you are warmly invited to join us for any of our services and at our weekly café.

We are a dynamic church in the heart of a growing community in Greenhithe in North Kent, within the Deanery of Swanscombe and the Diocese of Rochester.

St Mary's is becoming increasingly cosmopolitan. We have people from different nationalities, children, adults, different church backgrounds or no church background at all.

At St Mary's we actively encourage families to worship and join in fellowship together, recognising that children are a vital part of today's church and we would wish to make them, and the entire family, feel welcome.

Our vision Statement is:

We seek to be God's church,

where all are known and loved,

purpose and hope are found,

and lives are transformed by Christ.
