It was so lovely to turn our regular Community Café into a celebration of remembrance on the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.

Along with our regular sausage and bacon rolls, homemade cakes and hot drinks we hung the bunting, played the music of the era, spent time in reflection as Revd Charlie and Revd Bart led us in a moment of silence and prayers. We were even joined by members of the community dressed the part!!
