A morning service to include Holy Communion
This group is for our young people from 11 Years to 18 Years old. It is a safe space to come together to discuss life with Jesus using Youth for Christ as a basis for our leaders.
This is open to all young people to come and find out more about their own faith.
The young people meet in the Church service to begin at 10.30am then move to the outer vestry for their time together. Ignite Youth runs during term time on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays.
A toddler group suitable for birth to 4 years. Parent and carers are welcome to attend the group held in the church hall on a Tuesday 9.30-11.30am. Each week different toys, games and craft items are available to play with. There is a dedicated book corner weekly.Hot drinks and biscuits for parents, a set sit down snack time for the children ( fresh fruit, bread sticks and a drink) included in the price of £3 per adult. No booking needed. Please note Sticky Fingers is open term times only.
An afternoon of sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones and hot drinks. Open to all those over 55 years . An opportunity to meet others in the community and make new friends, or catch up with old ones.
This event is run on a donation basis.
We meet together for prayer every Tuesday Evening, to pray for the church and wider community, and to seek God's guidance. All are welcome to join a the church. We commit to 30 minutes each week.
Our community cafe runs every Wednesday between 9am-1pm in the church hall. Come along to enjoy hot bacon or sausage rolls,homemade cakes and scones, hot and cold drinks. We also offer homemade soup from 11.30am in the winter months. We have regular visits from Hi Kent, who can help with hearing aid cleaning and replacement batteries, our PCSO also attends when his time permits. Our local Councillor holds a clinic once a month and we can signpost those in need to other services within the area. There is a small area for children to play in.
All food and drinks are on a donation basis and everyone is welcome to attend. Open all year except between Christmas and New Year.
A quiet Holy Communion service in the Lady Chapel
This is our group for children aged between 3 years and 11 years.
We meet on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month, starting in the Church then moving over the the hall for a time of teaching through stories and craft. We then return to the Church for Communion or the end of the service.
We would love for your little ones to join us and learn more of the stories of Jesus.
A family friendly café style service for all to attend where breakfast is available from 10am and we worship, prayer and learn from a Gospel centred message.
