Last Monday (25th July) we were pleased to welcome the Bishop of Leeds, Nick Baines, to our Parish for the Induction of our new Rector, Robert Findlow.

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">The Service was also attended by our Archdeacon, The Venerable Jonathan Gough, and over 50 people, on a warm Summer's evening. Bishop Nick talked about building a church and listening to the history and stories of the church community. </span>

<span style="font-size: 1rem;">It was a great opportunity for us to sing hymns in our church, albeit behind masks, and to welcome our Bell Ringers back and hear a Peel of Bells - the first time since COVID lockdown </span>imposed<span style="font-size: 1rem;"> in 2019.</span>

We look forward to enjoying Robert's ministry here amongst us
