Christ the King
CHURCH OPENING UPDATE: We are overjoyed to be holding live services in our churches once again after many weeks of online service from clergy homes. Now the restrictions have started to be relaxed, there will be public worship in the parish every Sunday morning at 10am, using both churches on alternate weeks. The first was on Sunday 26th July at Holy Trinity, High Street. On 2nd August the service will be at Christ the King in Filey Close.
The service will be available online (see Holy Trinity Stevenage) and the Sunday Evening service by telephone audio conference will continue at 7pm
Situated near to the shops, the church is in the same complex as the Community Centre. It is a modern, multi-purpose building previously shared with the Roman Catholic Church but now run by the Anglican parish of Holy Trinity only.

Most churches are “Excepted Charities” and are therefore not registered with the Charity Commission. You can download a PDF that includes your church name, address and church code. This PDF, which is an extract from the Church of England’s database of churches, can serve as a certificate for churches requiring proof of their charity status when registering for online and card-based giving. Click on the download button below and fill in the short form. You will then be emailed the certificate as a PDF.
