St Andrew's and St Mark's are two churches united in one parish. In normal times we have services in both churches every Sunday, and both churches are used for community events as well as services of worship.
During the current Covid-19 crisis we are still meeting as a church community online. On Sunday mornings and during the week. For information as to how to join our online services and events please contact the parish office at [email protected]. We would love to welcome you. We have people joining us from not just our local community of Surbiton but also from different parts of the United Kingdom - Oxford, Glasgow, Bath and even from different parts of the world. We have sermons posted to our YouTube channel. Please click here to see our library of sermons.
Each year, roughly 15,000 people use our buildings overall, and over 5,000 come to church for a service of some kind or another. We are at the heart of the community of Surbiton. Some will come here just to use the buildings as a facility, be that for a concert,a party hire or for voting at an election (!); others come to pray or worship and discover a deepening faith in God. All are welcome. Our Sunday liturgy aims to follow the best of Anglican tradition in scripture and sacrament, with good preaching and a choral programme within simple ceremonial and informal dignity. We are an inclusive church welcoming all people seeking the love of God.
