Dear Christian friends, I'm writing to tell you the disappointing news that I am officially on 'sick leave' with continuing treatment while I recover from the abscess that developed ten days ago. For various reasons this is more serious than it might sound, and I need to pay attention to it and to an underlying health problem which is causing complications. There are no estimates of how long recovery might take, but I will be back with you as soon as possible. My thanks to the ministers and Chaplaincy Officers for keeping our churches running smoothly in the meantime.
Love in Christ, Fr ChrisPRAYERSPlease continue to pray for Wendy and Peter Woodley and also Peter and Pippa Hales who are in need of ALL our prayers right now;
Plus, all those within our chaplaincy area and further afield who are in need of God's healing grace.
Please pray for our Chaplaincy:
Lord Jesus Christ,thank you for calling us to be a Church under the banner of your Name:
may we look to you today and find clear vision for tomorrow.
May our life together bring you glory,
as you make of us a living invitation to enter the joy of your Kingdom. Amen
Your sister in Christ,
Donna
