Other notices:

Bishop Andrew is coming - Peter Hooper is leaving! Next Sunday Bp Andrew will celebrate an 11h00 Eucharist at Hommeel, and we plan a Bring and Share lunch afterwards. It will be our opportunity to welcome him, and to say farewell to Archdeacon Peter Hooper (a good friend of the Chaplaincy) at the same time. Fr Chris will be meeting Bp Andrew and Peter on Saturday and telling them what a great Chaplaincy we have: we hope this service and lunch will be well supported to prove it!

Showing what we are about - we report two improvements to the Salle at Gratot. The first is the gift of a beautifully made wooden cross to mount on the wall - thank you Adrian G. The second is a set of display boards to catch the attention of members and visitors and tell them about the life of our Chaplaincy. We hope to draw more people to use the Salle for different activities, and these new features will make it even clearer that this is the home of a lively Christian community.

Something More housegroup This week's session was great fun, and well attended: we've done our two sessions on 'The Conversion of England'. What shall we talk about next time - what would interest people? Ideas to Fr Chris this week please.

Using Zoom We have been advised by Zoom that if we are going to publish meeting links on the internet we should introduce a 'waiting room' system to keep out 'the wrong people'. We are considering this, but for now will no longer publish links on the website.

Please continue to pray for our Chaplaincy

Lord Jesus Christ,
thank you for calling us to be a Church under the banner of your Name:
may we look to you today and find clear vision for tomorrow.
May our life together bring you glory,
as you make of us a living invitation to enter the joy of your Kingdom. Amen
