The "Friends of the Tin Church" are a dedicated volunteer and fundraising group. Established in 2002, they host community events, concerts, and seasonal gatherings to maintain and support this historic 'tin tabernacle'
EVENTS
The Friends events are usually held during the warmer weather months. Previous events have been:
- Cream Teas
- Bangers and Mash night
- Quiz Night with supper
- Musical Acts
- Bingo
The church is a unique venue, and the visitors enjoy it when musical acts are lit solely by candlelight for evening performances. Also, as the church does not have access to electricity, the acts are completely unplugged!
