St Matthew's Wigmore

Night prayer, sometimes called Compline, from the Latin word for "Completion" is a short quiet ending to the day. Members of the ministry team lead this and it is uploaded to facebook around 7pm (wifi permitting!) most days, for use at the end of the day.

Weekly online services from the Parish of South Gillingham team - led by members of the ministry team and with involvement from readers and musicians from all 4 churches (not all the same week!) in a variety of styles. Published weekly at 8am on Sundays these are available to view whenever you want to see them.

A meeting to gather and hear God's word, bring him our prayers, and listen to some music (until Covid Restrictions allow us to sing together) Please book in advance if at all possible - if that is not possible although we will welcome you on the day - subject to there being space available

We are currently only having one Sunday service, as Covid regulations require a rigorous cleaning regime if more than one service is held on the same day, so there is no 8am service, and most 10am services at St Matthew's will be Common Worship Holy Communion.
We are not allowed congregational singing, but we are trying to include some sort of music each week. When the service is Holy Communion, there will be wafers for those who wish to receive, but not wine.
2m distancing must be maintained between households/bubbles, and face-coverings must be worn.
