Dunton Church open

Open daily to visitors. A medieval church notable for attractive Victorian stained glass.

The church was formally made redundant as a parish church in the 1970s. Dunton village now comes under Shereford parish church. A small Augustinian brotherhood were resident at Dunton church, late '70s - early '80s (see drop-down tab). Occasional services are held at Dunton church, including a torchlit Carol Service.

A team of volunteers kindly maintain the churchyard, which remains open for burials and interments.
