Church of England Diocese of Hereford Stretton Grandison with Ashperton

Stretton Grandison: St Lawrence

Welcome to our beautiful church which is always open for quiet reflection.

The medieval St Lawrence church sits in the picturesque hamlet of Stretton Grandison just outside Ledbury.   There are wonderful views across the hills of Herefordshire with benches for mindful moments in the sun.  Come inside and see our wonderful stained glass windows, and read about the history of the church and Stretton Grandison.

We welcome everyone to our monthly services regardless of whether you live in the parish or not. We are a beautiful, peaceful venue for your wedding, baptism or funeral service.

"The parish of Stretton Grandison w Ashperton is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Hereford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
