What is Fitsteps?

Fitsteps Dance is a dance fitness class incorporating ballroom and Latin dance steps.
We waltz, cha cha cha, quickstep, jive and tango; all the favourites from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

The Adult tap dancing class is a fun class for adults with a little tap experience.
It is a great way to exercise and keep fit as it helps to balance and strengthen your core.

Ballet Fit is an adult ballet inspired fitness class using barre work exercises for toning the body.
It improves coordination, posture and flexibility.

No experience is necessary and no leaping about in tutus!


Cost?

£7 a session or a block booking of 4 sessions is £25 (Booking is advisable)


Suitable For:

It is suitable for all ages and is solo dancing so you don’t need a partner.

No dance experience is necessary, but Tuesday at 6pm and Friday at 10am has slightly more complicated choreography.
