So.. if you're up early on Weds 6th May and fancy a walk in Astley Churchyard at 5am, please book a space on our Dawn Chorus Walk and join us. Astley Church is joining other churches to share Churchyards with everyone where we can all love nature. Some people will still be sleepy in the village so please park cars on the hard standing at Astley Crossroads.

Astley Church is open along with Astley Castle this summer. In the Church there will be displays, information boards, beautiful flower arrangements and books for sale.

Refreshments will be available at Astley Reading Room. Cash only please. All monies raised for church funds and our tower restoration project. Everyone very welcome.

A service to celebrate the time of year when crops have been gathered from the field and people can reflect and show gratitude for the food that they have. It dates back a long time in British history, to when people relied on crops for food and famers would give thanks for a good harvest.
