St David's supports Shipston on Stour Foodbank. 

We are sad to say that donations have reduced to such an extent that it is not worth our while carrying on with the Saturday collection.   There is a box in the church by the Servery, fr donations which will be delivered to the Foodbank when there is a reasonable amount to deliver.  

The donations are  taken to St Edmunds Church in Shipston on Stour who help people in difficulty throughout this area.  People have been very generous and our donations are helping in this uncertain time. 

As the cost of living has increased so the donations have reduced, money buys less these days, both for the needy and for the donors. Unfortunate;y the numbers using the foodbank have increased.  

Please ensure that there is a 3 month use by date.  Fresh produced is sourced elsewhere for the foodbank.
