Church Donations

Giving is part of our response to God. We give because it’s good for us, it helps us be free from the clinging allure of wealth. We give because it’s good for others, through our gifts lives are changed. We give because God gave and calls us to do the same. We give our time, our talents and our treasure. We give through cash in envelopes or lose on the plate, we give direct to the bank, we give through Gift Aid. We give and we thank God for the opportunity to respond to the call to make a difference.

God of all that is good,
we thank You for the myriad gifts You give us,
bless these gifts we offer now,
that we may use them wisely
and always hear where you are calling us to follow. Amen.

Online donations

Our preference to reduce our administration costs is for online donations which can be made via our home page. If you are a UK tax payer and would be happy to gift aid your donation, we can enhance your gift by reclaiming tax from HMRC - please select this option when making your donation.

Donations via bank transfer or cheque

Donations can be directly transferred - for bank account details please email our Churchwarden  - contact details on our About Us page. If you prefer to pay by cheque, these can be sent to our treasurer (address as above).

For Gift aid,  please send a note to our treasurer with your full name and address, including post code, with a brief statement " I wish Gift Aid to apply to my donation. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less income tax and /or capital gains tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed against all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference." Alternatively, a Gift Aid declaration form with these details on can be downloaded by selecting the link below. Once you have filled in the form please sign and and date it before to our Treasurer.
