Over the week - end of June 21 / 22nd, thanks to a very generous donation, our beautiful church of St Giles will be decorated with flowers in memory of loved ones who have recently died and a Forget me Not service will be held in church at 11.00am on the morning of Sunday 22nd June. It will be done with love, and the hope is that love will bring people along to see, remember and feel comfort from being there and sharing the beauty of the flowers and church with many others. Please do come along, you will be very welcome.

St Giles Church, Hartington

Welcome to St Giles Church in Hartington, Derbyshire.

St. Giles is the Church of England Parish Church for Hartington, within the Diocese of Derby and is part of The White Peak group of parishes together with Biggin, Earl Sterndale, Monyash, Chelmorton and, Taddington.

Our Church is open daily between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 (extended to 17:00 during British Summer Time) for visitors and private prayers and you are always welcome to join us for worship at one of our services details of which can be found on our Services and Events page.  For information on service times for all churches across the White Peak Benefice please visit the relevant church website - links to which can be found here.
