St Andrew The Apostle West Deeping

Welcome to St Andrew's church in West Deeping.

The PCC are delighted to confirm that St Andrew’s Church, West Deeping, having been closed for worship and to visitors for the exciting toilet/servery project is planning a very special event.

At 6pm on Sunday 26th September a special  ‘Songs of Celebration’ to mark the re-opening of St Andrew’s Church following the recent building work. Fr Aran will lead a dedication with songs from Keith Foley (Organ), Andy McCormack (Keyboard), Katie McCormack (Violin) and Paul Bragg (Guitar). Followed by light refreshments. Everyone is very welcome to come along.

Please pray that the parish of St Andrew's West Deeping and especially it's Parochial Church Council will grow in depth of spirit and reach out effectively to their neighbours.

For Private Prayer:

St Andrew's will be open daily for Private Prayer from Monday 27th September.

Should you wish to visit one of our other churches; 

Six Churches within the Uffington Group are open daily between the hours of 9am and 4pm 

St Lawrence of Rome, Tallington is open on Friday & Saturday for private prayer between the same hours. 

We continue to have a weekly service of Holy Communion at 9:00am somewhere in the Uffington group of churches as well as an  increasing number of other services and there is always an 11.00am Service of Holy Communion at St Michael & All Angels’, Uffington, all are very welcome.

Whilst there is no legal requirement for individuals to wear face coverings, if you feel more comfortable continuing to wear a face covering please continue to do so. We shall continue to respect social distancing & make every effort to keep you safe.

A service of thanksgiving was held at St Andrew's Church for Canon David McCormack on Sunday 16th June to celebrate his 50 years in ministry.
