On Ash Wednesday this year Revd Liz is setting out on a pilgrrimage of prayer and taking on the physical challenge of walking 400,000 steps in Lent. The pilgrimage will end on the Wednesday of Holy Week.

There will be the opportunity to sponsor Revd Liz and monies raised will be divided between St Anne's Church Royton and the Brain Cancer Research charity.

Please support the pilgrimage with prayer and encourage and support Revd Liz on this physical challenge by sponsoring her, perhaps as part of you Lenten giving, so we can raise as much as possible for the mission and ministry of our church and the important and life -giving work of the Brain Tumour Research charity. We have chosen this charity in honour of our dear friend and much loved St Anne's family member, Yvonne, recently diagnosed with a brain tumour.
