Gary has generously allowed us to publish this video he made of the church.

It gives splendid views of the weathercock a piece of church heritage which is celebrating 140 years of being battered by storm and tempest. It has lost or may be never had, pointers and letters indicating the compass points. Weathercocks became used on church steeples or in this case bell turrets because Pope Gregory 1 said "it was the most suitable emblem of Christianity" being" the emblem St Peter" a reference to the gospel of Luke 22:34.
