Once a month, in term time, we are joined by pupils of St. Peter's School
A Mass offered for the Mission of our two churches, on the 1st Fridays of each month.
Starting at St. Luke's in June (and even-numbered months thereafter), alternating with St. Peter's (in odd-numbered months).
Sung Mass with sermon and hymns
Postponed by a week from the 1st Saturday in June, due to the Deanery Pilgrimage to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne
On Saturday 13th June, at 7pm, the Dunston Silver Band, led by Mr. Fraser Hodgson, gives a concert in St. Luke's Church. There will be Refreshments and a Raffle in the interval. Tickets are on sale for £6. Come along for an evening of uplifting music.
